Curamando Netherlands is expanding its AI team. We support clients with AI strategies, AI solutions, and AI transformations. We go beyond PowerPoint: together with our AI engineers, we design and build AI solutions, from GenAI workflows to production‑ready applications, and embed them in our clients’ organizations.

Your role as Senior AI Strategy Consultant

As a Senior AI Strategy Consultant, you help organizations both define their AI ambition and turn it into tangible business impact. You identify and prioritize high‑value AI use cases, assess feasibility and impact, and translate opportunities into clear business cases, roadmaps and transformation programs. You take ownership of both the strategic direction and the orchestration of AI transformation programs.

You help C-level stakeholders understand where AI truly creates value and how to move from experimentation to scaled adoption in a responsible and sustainable way. From defining AI strategies and operating models to supporting implementation and change, you play a key role in shaping end‑to‑end AI transformations.

You will typically work in teams of 3 to 5 colleagues consisting of strategy consultants, AI engineers, and AI experts. In this team setup, you will play a key role in gathering and analyzing information, setting the course, and communicating recommendations, as well as project management.

What will you do?

You will:

• Play a leading role in both AI strategy projects for clients and the execution of those strategies.

• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, client challenges and AI opportunities, and collaborate closely with C‑level stakeholders to define an AI vision and strategy.

• Discover and prioritize high-value AI use cases aligned with business goals.

• Build business cases, KPI frameworks, and roadmaps.

• Collaborate with AI engineers and data colleagues to ensure recommendations are grounded in technical feasibility and delivery realities.

• Own (parts of) AI strategy project delivery, ensuring high‑quality outputs within scope and on time.

• Steer AI transformation programs by managing stakeholders, dependencies and progress, tracking impact, and ensuring initiatives deliver value.

• Facilitate client and internal workshops.

• Support commercial activities, including scoping, proposals, and pitches.

• Contribute to Curamando’s internal AI frameworks, playbooks, and knowledge sharing.

What do you bring?

You have:

• 3+ years of strategy consulting and/or AI consulting experience (top-tier, boutique, or an in-house strategy team within a large corporate).

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., management, econometrics, engineering, or science) with outstanding academic results.

• Experience independently driving a workstream in larger projects and/or leading smaller projects end-to-end.

• Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous questions into clear hypotheses, analyses, and recommendations.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage C‑level stakeholders and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience supporting commercial work (e.g., proposals, pitches, scoping).

• Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, with a strong understanding of industry trends and technological developments.

• Fluency in Dutch and English. We do not offer relocation support, and candidates must already be residing in the Netherlands.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with data, machine learning and/or GenAI in a consulting or business context.

• Basic understanding of software engineering and familiarity with agile ways of working.
