Your role as Paid Media Consultant
As a Paid Media Consultant at Curamando Sweden, you work in an operational and advisory-focused role combining hands-on paid media expertise with growth-oriented thinking. You work with paid media initiatives as a growth driver for our clients, contributing through both execution and advisory by translating data into actionable insights and business impact.
You work closely with clients and senior colleagues to plan, execute, and optimize paid media initiatives, while contributing recommendations related to growth strategy, channel mix, and investment decisions.
You have strong hands-on expertise in traffic acquisition with practical experience across paid media channels such as Paid Search, Social Media, or Programmatic. You also stay up to date with AI developments and can help translate these innovations into practical applications for marketing and business growth.
What will you do?
Manage digital marketing initiatives for some of Curamando’s clients in close collaboration with colleagues, while building and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships.
Act as an extension of the clients’ sales and marketing departments
Be responsible for administering and managing client budgets in collaboration with the team
Design and create campaigns, analyze data, and proactively optimize and improve results based on insights
Follow up on, report, and present campaign results to clients
Work with SEM, SoMe, Display, Video, Web Analytics, and more
Use a variety of platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Google Marketing Platform and Client specific tools
Collaborate and maintain contact with relevant partners, including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
Actively identify and highlight new business opportunities and support senior colleagues in developing client value
What do you bring?
Strong interest in digital media and landscape, combined with solid analytical skills and a genuine interest in working with data and numbers
Professional, socially skilled and with a strong drive to deliver customer-value
Proactive, solution-oriented team player who contributes to a positive and collaborative culture
Relevant educational background and fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
You have 1-3 years of relevant experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field.
