What You’ll Do
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll do more than craft state-of-the-art models. You’ll bring them to life within the business environments they serve. You’ll guide junior engineers, champion best practices in Data and MLOps, and ensure your solutions resonate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. This means bridging knowledge gaps, explaining model outputs in plain language, and aligning data-driven insights with overarching strategic ambitions—turning complex outputs into actionable decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate and Lead: Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of traditional and cutting-edge ML models—applying Generative AI, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures to solve real-world problems.
• Mentor and Inspire: Nurture a growing team of ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Collaborate and Integrate: Partner with data scientists, strategists, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical outputs into actionable insights and compelling business cases.
• Stay Ahead: Keep pace with evolving AI trends and best practices, ensuring that both you and your team remain at the forefront of innovation.
• Strategize and Execute: Play a key role in shaping Curamando’s ML capabilities within Eidra’s broader vision—helping define priorities, identify new opportunities, and influence strategic decisions.
• Build and Maintain: Help our clients develop robust data pipelines, CI/CD processes, and scalable cloud infrastructure, ensuring your solutions stand the test of time and shifting business needs.

Qualifications:

• Technical Mastery:
  • Expert in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch
  • Generative AI methodologies, including fine-tuning and RAG architectures
  • Skilled in SQL, PySpark
• Cloud & CI/CD Expertise:
  • We are platform agnostic, so we expect hands-on experience in at least one platform/product in each of these categories and flexibility to work with equivalent platforms/products.
  • Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Data warehouse/lake (Snowflake/Databricks/...)
  • Version control (Github/Gitlab/...)
• Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Proven track record guiding junior engineers, building team cohesion, and elevating collective capability.
  • Demonstrate a drive to continuously expand your ML/AI toolkit, from cutting-edge algorithms to MLOps best practices, enhancing your ability to solve diverse client challenges and scale your impact across projects.
• Preferred Extras:
  • Business acumen and experience with client engagement and sales dialogues.
  • Understanding of ethical and regulatory frameworks for data and AI.
  • Basic front-end development for end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow
