Your Role as Digital Data & Analytics Consultant
As a Digital Data & Analytics Consultant at Curamando, you are hands-on with data and play a key role in helping our clients make data-driven decisions. You focus on collecting, analyzing, and implementing marketing, CRM, and web/app analytics data to drive business impact. You are eager to learn and have a strong interest in developing your skills in data engineering and AI-driven automation, making you a future-proof asset to our team.
What do you bring?
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook), CRM systems, and web and app analytics tools.
Support the implementation and maintenance of data tracking, tagging, and measurement frameworks (e.g. Google Tag Manager, CRM integrations).
Help clients define KPIs to steer business in a data-driven way.
Build dashboards, create measurement plans, and reports to visualize key metrics and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
Assist in the integration and automation of data flows between marketing, CRM, and analytics platforms.
Collaborate with senior consultants and multidisciplinary teams to support data-driven marketing and business strategies.
Present findings and recommendations in a clear, structured way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in digital analytics, data engineering, and AI automation.
Show willingness and ambition to develop data engineering skills (e.g. SQL, Python, cloud data platforms) to support future AI and automation initiatives.
Who are you?
You have a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in marketing, business, economics, data science, or a related field.
You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in digital analytics, marketing/CRM data analysis, or a similar role (internships and student jobs count).
You are hands-on with data and have experience with tools such as Google Analytics (preferably GA4), Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Excel, and CRM platforms.
Experience with Google Tag Manager, data implementation, and marketing/CRM integrations is a plus.
You are analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into actionable insights.
You are eager to learn and willing to invest in developing data engineering skills (e.g. SQL, Python, cloud data solutions) to support AI-driven automation.
You are proactive, curious, and enjoy working in a team environment.
You have good communication skills and can present findings in a clear and structured way.
You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
