About the Graduate position

We are looking for students graduating in the Summer of 2025 to join our Insights & Analytics team in August. Our team consists of experts within both AI/ML/data science and data engineering/data architecture, so you will get to decide which area you want to specialize in or if you want to gain experiences in both, aligned with your personal goals and preferences. Coming directly from university, you would be joining us as an Analyst, our entry level position. As an Analyst, you will be working alongside senior colleagues and helping with implementing our digital solutions for clients. We believe that learning and doing are important parts of your early career, which is why we immediately want you to get your hands dirty (with code) and get to try out the skills you’ve developed during your education. General responsibilities include:

• Partaking in client conversations and projects
• Delivering data science and/or data engineering solutions, for example:
  • ML/AI based models, ranging from random forest classifications to LLM:s
  • Automating workflows
  • Building data pipelines to integrate data across the business and deliver insights
• Designing and implementing modern cloud-based data platforms
• Collaborating with other Curamando teams and companies within Eidra
• Representing the company in outreach events, for instance case studies for students or AI lectures for clients
• Researching and implementing the latest technologies in our field, such as OpenAI’s and Google’s AI models

As an Graduate, you will also have the opportunity to participate in our Analyst Program along with fellow graduates from different domains, packed with exciting events and courses!

The Analyst Program

The Analyst program includes a set of courses, designed to ensure sure that you, during your first year at Curamando, develop the crucial skills to be a professional data consultant. It also includes social activities and meeting and visiting colleagues from our different companies and offices around the world.

Who we are looking for

To be a good fit for this role, we believe that you

• will be graduating in the Summer of 2025 with a master’s degree in data science, machine learning, AI, computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, statistics, industrial engineering or similar
• have skills in Python, SQL, or similar languages
• have skills in, or a strong interest in learning about, data related methods and solutions for company growth
• are a curious, collaborative team player, eager to grow and learn
• have great communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• are based in Stockholm, or able to move here
