Job description

For both our Stockholm and Gothenburg offices, we are now looking for university graduates interested in pursuing a career in management consulting with a digital focus, starting in August 2025. As a new management consultant at Curamando you will be part of our Analyst program, a one-year tailor-made experience designed to empower you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in your role, fostering both professional expertise and social activities.

In our Analyst program, you will receive a combination of comprehensive training sessions and hands-on experience from various client projects. You'll work closely with other experienced management consultants and collaborate with leading experts in digital marketing, e-commerce, and various other disciplines from across the Eidra companies. Example engagements for a Management consultant include Online business strategy, Digital operating models, Digital marketing channel assessments, Digital due diligence, Go-to-market strategy, Market analysis, Lead management, KPI framework, and much more, while also engaging in roles or transformation programs to ensure that the desired change is effectively implemented. Moreover, our management consultants typically engage in project management to facilitate collaboration and ensure excellence in projects involving several Eidra companies.

We are looking for

• Students graduating in 2025 with a Master's degree in Industrial engineering, Business administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent
• Interest in digital business development
• Analytical and exceptional problem-solving skills
• Curious team player who is eager to learn
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent in Swedish and English
